Posts: is what you do when you upload content to a social site.
Blog: is a free website platform to write articles and other content to be shared with a few people or to the world.
Following: are the number of people that have requested updates from you in some form. Social sites will also use words: likes, friends, and fans to describe this same concept.
Like or Pinit buttons: are ways people express how they like something. The likes are one of the major keys to social media and how you become well known. As you share content people will like it and it is then shared to their friends and their friend's friends. Before you know it you have a viral piece of content on your hands.
Viral: is a piece of content that has been share so many times that a huge number of people in the world have seen it. That number varies according to the type of content. The bar for something to be viral rises every year. Only a few years ago viral was 100,000 people seeing a piece of content. Today it is somewhere in the millions.
